Instructions
Download, print and fill out our wheel deposit form, DOWNLOAD FORM, or if necessary, request a copy from the deposit center.
The form must be fully completed, legible and attached to your wheels.
Wheels must be deposited without tires, centering rings (if plastic), valves, and center caps unless the center caps need to be painted.
When you arrive at the barrier blocking access to the premises of Neon-ABC, announce yourself through the intercom, then head to the reception.
Neon-ABC SA reserves the right to refuse the deposit if one of the following conditions is not met.
The form is not complete and readable.
The tire(s) are not removed from the wheel(s).
Neon-ABC will give you confirmation that the wheels have been accepted. Please keep this document until your rims have been returned.
Within a maximum of one week or less, you will receive a repair quote depending on the communication method you specified on your wheel deposit form.
No technical information or duration of work can be communicated by the collection center.
